Values

A great leader surrounds themselves with the skills and advisement that drives a vision forward. A great leader is not a commander or task master, rather one that can encourage others by example, listen and remove the obstacles to success that might hinder others in their work. Leadership is not defined by an organizational chart. It is defined by expressing a vision, listening to feedback, and encouraging a path forward to others, regardless of role or position.
